Case synopsis:

Kacem Mokrane, 18, died four days after being stabbed during a fight in Walthamstow.

Police were called to reports of males armed with weapons in Mount Pleasant Road at around 11.15pm on 16 November 2017.

Kacem, from Walthamstow, was taken to hospital but died on 20 November. The cause of death was found to be multiple organ failure as a result of a stab wound.

Seven men aged between 16 and 20 have been arrested during the investigation.

Detective Chief Inspector Dave Whellams, leading the investigation, said: "Kacem was attacked and murdered in the street. Our investigation continues to make progress but I would ask anyone who has information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, to contact my officers - it could prove vital to this investigation."
