Case synopsis:

Molly Frank, 61, died after a suspected assault on a housing estate in Holloway.

She suffered head injuries at a flat in Papworth Gardens on the Ringcross Estate.

Ms Frank, who was working as a carer for the couple living at the address, was taken to hospital at around 4am on 24 May 2018.

She died at 10.57am the following day and the post-mortem confirmed the cause of death was an intra-cerebral haemorrhage.

A 95 year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder before being released on bail. He was taken to hospital as a precaution due to a pre-existing condition before being moved to a location "where his complex health and care needs can be managed."

In November 2018 the Metropolitan Police confirmed the man had been released with no further action and that nobody else was being sought in connection with the investigation.

"The decision was taken due to the combination of the male's own incapacity and insufficient evidence to indicate Mrs Frank's death was the result of unlawful actions," said a spokesperson.
