Case synopsis:

Ishak Tacine, 20, was stabbed to death in Edmonton on 27 June 2018.

Police were called to reports of a fight between men armed with baseball bats at 6.33pm.

Mr Tacine, from Enfield, was found injured in Cavendish Road and was pronounced dead at the scene at 7.20pm.

A postmortem gave the cause of death as a stab wound.

The Metropolitan Police launched a murder investigation and have so far arrested four men aged between 16 and 20.

Detective Inspector Paul Considine said: “This is another tragic loss of young life and I am urgently appealing to anyone with information to get in touch.

“We believe there were a number of other young men involved in the altercation which sadly led to this man’s death. Those responsible must be caught and brought to justice.

“Any information passed to police will be treated with the strictest confidence.”

A 16 year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of murder before being released. Three other men aged 18, 18 and 20 were arrested on 3 July 2018.
