Case synopsis:

Ethan Nedd-Bruce,18, was shot dead in Greenwich on 22 October 2018.

Police were called to reports of a disturbance in Armitage Road at around 9.25pm.

The teenager was found suffering from a stab injury outside Collins House but was pronounced dead at the scene at 10.03pm.

A postmortem confirmed the cause of death was a gunshot wound.

Detectives launched a murder investigation.

Detective Chief Inspector Richard Leonard said: "Ethan was a young man who has been killed in very violent circumstances, leaving his family utterly bereft.

"We are still trying to piece together what happened that evening, and would urge anyone with information to contact as soon as possible. We are grateful for the community's assistance so far.

"Several people reported seeing Ethan getting into an altercation with a number of males, in which he sustained his injuries.

"Two men made off from the scene on a motorbike - a rider and a pillion passenger. I need anyone who may have information that could assist us to make contact as quickly as possible.

"We cannot and will not abide by the use of firearms on London's streets, and it is important that we identify the people involved in this murder."
